10 p.m

“Get off me!. I’m going back” Lisa shouted defiantly to the Dark Night. He had a good grip of her arms, stopping her from rushing inside the headquarter. “My baby…my child is inside the building with that maniac! And he is crazy like a rabid dog!”

“I know, I took a good look at him myself! Listen to me! We need a plan, and a good one!. If you go back I cannot guarantee your safety, and where would that leave Chris?” The Dark Night grimly answered the struggling mother. “Try to make contact with the LoR. Warm them. We need to do some research. I promise you, soon you will hold your baby again!”.

Lisa believed him, she had to believe him or she would have a breakdown. Grabbing her communication card, she tried to contact the remaining Regulars “Come on!. Someone answer, dammit!. Donar, Visionary, Cheryl, someone!”

--------------------------

Half an hour earlier, in the Regulars headquarter

Disguised like Lisa, The evil thought being was fixatedly observing Donar. There was a power emanating from Gail’s son that even Yerk, the crazy psychopath, was learning to respect. His best chance would be to let Donar believe he was with a friend, and attack quickly, like the lethal cobra, s/he was.

Yerk’s attention was suddenly distracted by rabito. There was something in every Yo-being; even in the evilest ones, that made them love bunnies, whatever the reason for that was. Yerk was watching the cute beast finding its way through the room, bouncing from wall to wall.

“Dumb bunny” Donar muttered, a broad grin on his face. Rabito has fall down inside the wastebasket, only his feet visible. Pure luck allowed Rabito to finally find the open door. The bunny, being pure thought, had unconsciously sensed something wasn’t quite right with this “Lisa” and felt an urge to go where Cheryl was to protect her. In the living room, he jumped over the table where NTU’s laptop have been left and caused the addition of some extra words to the unfinished e-mail for the Spanish Ambassador. He then dutifully sent it before jumping back to the floor again. Later this day, the politician would spend hours trying to decode the meaning of the sentence, “lookll;ing forwge4k8ard to hel000p your*rru”. From this day and unknown to NTU, The foreign Ambassador would always think NTU was hitting hard the bottle.

“Milady, art thou alright?” Lisa had been observing rabito like if it was the first time she saw it.

“ummm, yes.” Reacting quickly s/he turned to the god. She has decided the approach now, and bouncing her hips purposely went to him. “You are so sexy. Look at these muscles, you arms, your strong neck, your hair..” Lisa said, touching sensually every part of Donar’s body that she was mentioning. Licking her mouth with her red tongue tip, she pressed her body hard against the astonished god. Lisa never has been so..bold..or so sexy in his eyes before. If he didn’t know better, he would have thought magic was involved. Mesmerized by her, he used all his willpower to avert his eyes, managing a step backward from her.

“Er…milady. That cannot be. My heart…umm..my heart belongs to another”. It was too late. Yerk was close enough, and “thinking” his hand sharp like a blade made of Ultranium, he cut Donar’s head with a quick movement.

Only Donar’s head was still firmly placed over his shoulders. However, his neck showed a broad cut

“You art not mine friend. You art a fool who thought a god was a puny thing like Visionary. What hath you done to milady?” shouted Donar “If she art not right, I will suck the very life of thee!.”

Wielding his magic bat, he began to absorb the vital energy of Yerk. S/he just had the time to “think” his energy was coming back to him again. Powerful thought energy flying from Yerk to Mjacolm and back. The duo stayed like that for what seemed ages. Donar’s forehead was sweating and he was beginning to feel exhausted for moments. Yerk was trying to concentrate and assume a more defensive strategy. Donar didn’t let him any option. Yerk was fighting for his life now. If he wouldn’t have been so determined to crush the LORs, He would have been absorbed by the magic bat. Unknown to Donar, he had attacked the thought being the only possible way. Physical force would have made no difference, but sucking his thought-energies was proving useful. Meanwhile, inside Donar’s bedroom, the rain was falling merciless over both contenders. In another room, a phone was frantically ringing.
